Whole 30 Challenge

For those players who REALLY want to take your health/fitness serious, Ethos highly encourages you to try the Whole 30 challenge and then to implement a regular “whole 30” approach to eating.  This is not about losing weight or some crazy diet.  It’s about teaching your body how different foods effect performance, health, fitness.  The first step, however, is to go through a 30-day challenge on healthy eating (hence Whole 30).  All the Resources are below in easily printable PDFs. We have broken it up into 3 levels (Whole 30, Less Strict Whole 30, No Sugar).  Choose the one that works for you and your commitment level.

Level 1 – WHOLE 30

Level 2 – LESS STRICT WHOLE 30

Level 3 – NO SUGAR
