Club Season

Ethos Travel teams will practice on a 5-month schedule from the beginning of December through the end of April/beginning of May.  Teams will practice 2-3x per week (depending on their tournament schedule) typically on 2 weeknights and 1 weekend afternoon/morning.  Practices are 2 hours in length and will focus on the fundamental skills of volleyball, team work, and competitive play.  Players are only allowed to miss 3 practices throughout the season without penalty and athletes are allowed to play other High School sports so long as they don’t conflict with practices & tournaments.

In addition to weekly practices, each team will participate in 6 tournaments throughout the season culminating with the SRVA Regional Championships.  Half of the tournaments will be in & around the Nashville area, and half will be outside of Nashville.  Players are expected to attend 100% of the tournaments throughout the year.
